so after starting this thread i went down to cal's (dude who owns the beef palace in h.b.) and bought a pound of bacon-wrapped prime cut top serloin, along with a rack of babyback ribs.

hojak (who's that?) and his lady came over so i decided to grill up the serloin. best **** of all time. just got back from cal's again cause i had to restock for the bbq i'm throwin in a couple hours.

Actually, Canada removes the head spine and all the other parts that contain the bactiria before the cow is cut up. America doesn't do that.

Also, the feed that was causing mad cow (feed with parts of cow in it ironicly) hasn't been used since 1997 so its only older cows that have it. Therefore, if that cow came here from Montana, it already had mad cow.

The real question is, why are people so ****ing scared anyway? It was one cow and the chances that the meat of the cow its self contains mad cow is remote AT BEST.
