ok,yesterday i had the most intense training ive ever gone through. in the last round i had for my heavy bag,by body wanted to give out. but my trainer kept pushing me to keep throwing combos. so i kept going and forcing myself to the point where my eyes start tearing alot , lol it looked as if somebody told me a family member had died, and bloodshot red eyes. what does that mean or why did that happen

your probabley not breathing properly while doing your excersises
not breathing while exerting muscle effort can cause strain and high blood pressure

bet your hands were shaky as **** too

Different kids have different reactions to hard training. Don't worry about it. Have you read any stories about intensity of Manny Pacquiao's training? Compared with the average boxer he has taken training to a whole new level. What you do in the ring will largely be a reflection of what you have done in the gym.

It means that you've pushed your external body to the limits. Your mind kept telling your body not to quit. So your body and mind were having a battle as to who was going to give in first.

The redness of your eyes is strain and intensity from training. I'd watch out for red eyes. You might be over exerting yourself. Be careful. Good job though.

Never push yourself body too far, if you're eyes went red that's usually down to burst blood vessels, it's not major in itself but god knows what lies behind it. You might have a strong mind or you might have a hard coach, either way, there's no point over-pushing yourself because you're body can't do it. In regards to exercise my dad always told me - do as many weights as you can, then one more. What he meant was push yourself to your limit and then recognise your body can do that little bit more. But it's precisely that, "that little bit more". Not a whole lot. Next time you can do more, and you push it a little bit more and so on.

Remember, go that extra mile, not extra 10. When your body really really wants to give up, give up. It's about finding that balance, 'cus remember, your body is weak, he'll want to give up way before he should, it's up to you to tell him to shut the **** up, but remember, when he tells you to stop telling him to shut the **** up, listen.
