It's a great way to get used to head movements, not many people use it. Mike Tyson was one of the great fighter that used it, and he had amazing head movement.

The guy in the first video has his a little too high, i like to have mine at chin height.

Try this one:

Get a standard, 52-card deck of cards, and shuffle it up really good.

Take the top card off. If it's red, you do pushups. If it's black, do burpees. (I always remember 'B' for black, 'B' for burpees) The value of the card is how many of the designated exercise to do.

Try and get through the deck as fast as you can.

Good luck. :fing02:

Anyone know of any cool workouts I can do in the snow or when its snowing??

I already shoveled my entire driveway... and helped push cars that got stuck and what not.

****ing nice one lol

I do alot of core exercises, feet 6 inches of the ground n doin circles, legs out and in, movin as if your on a bike etc etc, some of the more unique things i do, well really everyone has head of them and prob does a few of them, Explosive stuff like Box jumping, Push ups onto different height levels, hittin tire, then a do a sparring session with just my friends who arent really into training of boxing but its kinda the point, fresh fighter every 2 min, they just come out and swing, its great for head movement, and it ands a lighter side into trainin 6 days a week lol

i use the lines in the ground of the multi purpouse court which is attached to our boxing gym to work on my footwork and movement and to stay centered, and sometimes i do so while holding very light weight dumbels to shadow box through the whole session

Run through the snow. It's incredibly tiring if it's deep.

Take a wheel barrow filled with sand bags and run that baby up a couple of gentle hills. Go hard going up, run but control it coming down.

Your shoulders, forearms, neck and legs will all burn after 15 minutes. It's fun but really good work.
