I might have better things to do, but getting into fight condition and going to the gym are very important to me, especially when you're older instead of younger. I'm 25, started two years ago, I am running against the clock here.

Argh, I came back from Uni' and got all ready to go to training here, I get back and it's closed!! I rely on this gym to hammer out the kinks which i've picked up from being away and at a less serious gym and, admittedly, a lazier style whilst at Uni. Ah well, can still run/bag work.

Mines shut the nite, untill the 5th, but its all good cos ive got a key lol
Ended this year of boxing by sparring 10 rounds the nite in what a thot would be an easy nite, and i dropped one guy 2twice, not dropped anyone in along time just been workin alot on picking my shots and workin defence all the ****ing time, tonight got told to let lose in the last 2 rounds cos ma coach fought a was fading, lol unlucky for the other guy i was not lol
