I've been up since 6:30. My mother had to take my father to the hospital this morning for his second procedure. As most of you know, he had a heart attack at the beginning of the month. One of his arteries had 100% blockage. They had to open it up with a stent. He has to have another put in today. He had to be at the hospital at 6am this morning!
My little brother came in my room a few minutes ago and woke me up. Now we are watching the Wild Thornberries. He's sick with an ear infection and upper respiratory viral thing. Poor kid. He's been running a fever on and off for the past couple of days. I guess it's soup and movie time for us today because I feel like ass too. My upper back and chest feel tight and my throat is getting sore. Man, I really hope I'm not getting sick. I've been so good at remembering to take my vitamins and meds lately.
Also, I go to take the dog out to potty and what do I see? Friggin snow! It's not coming down lightly either. It's just dusted over everything for the time being. I've not taken a look at the roads yet... I'm afraid to. I didn't think it was supposed to start snowing this early in the day. Damn weather people. They couldn't predict their way out of a paper bag. Looks like there's a good chance I will have a sick 4 year old to deal with all day and overnight as well. Time for Bella to grow up and play mommy.

Wow, you're a busy woman. I didn't know it about your father, good luck!!. I'm sick too, exactly i'm with virical gastritis (I don't know the exact translation) and I feel myself as a true ****: vomits, headache and stomachache, fever...and the bastards of my Education Ministry haven't given me the economic help to paid my university, **** them...

Thanks guys. Mom called and the procedure went well. She was getting dad a tray of good together when she called. She was aggravating everyone because he was starving. He is not a good patient, lol. He's still in the cardiovascular unit, but should be getting his own room soon. He may be able to come home as early as tomorrow! :)
