yeah our network was down for about 2 hours. when it came back up i got 2 emails back-to-back:
one saying the network was down, no word on when it would be back up, updates will follow, and that technicians were working to resolve it. the other saying that it had been resolved.
gee thanks guys. what would we do without you?
