Well all the speculation over who will be the next matchup can die down, with Tszyu naming Gatti as the man he wants.

I must admit I havent seen Gatti fight much, but from all reports this would be a brutal bloodbath of an affair. I only wish I could get to Madison Square myself to see it!

When do you think this fight will go ahead and what are your thoughts on it?

Gatti's an HBO guy. He's also a highly recognized 140 lber who poses little threat to Tszyu. Of course Kostya wants him! But I think Hatton is more likely at this point...

I'm new here so maybe everyone here is just used to it - but that's the main thing I hate about boxing, so much politics! Sometimes you just want to see the best matchups and to hell with all of the BS. Oh well.. guess I should just focus on the fights that do happen hey? :)

kostya isnt getting any younger ,so if he wants a defining fight right now go for mayweather, thats the fight that everyone wants to see.

Either Hatton or Mayweather right now would be fine. Also, Vivian Harris is the darkhorse, he should fight Gatti and then winners fight.

I would love to see him fight Gatti but somehow I don't think this will happen. I'd like to see him fight Ricky Hatton.

Does Gatti want Tszyu? i don't think so if he's getting used to not going to the hospital after his fights

Tszyu vs Gatti would be a great fight. Pretty one sided as i think Kostya would shred him but exciting none the less. Pity it will never happen cuz of showtime/hbo.
