I have both. They are both equal I'd say. 360 has a better online interface though I'd say. However PS3 comes with blue-ray, and it runs almost silently.

i dont have any software runing on my computer and ive streamed fights off of it... i think theres a short simple set up to allow the ps3 to search your computer... i dont remember the steps but its in the instruction manual... its pretty simple
