if he had come with a shotgun ;)

idk
he would have had to bring a loaded shotgun
the way tszyu looked
he still might have knocked shamba out before he had a chance to load it

either way mitchell seemed so scared i doubt he would have been able to aim right

I swear I looked him dead in his eyes right before Jimmy Lennon starting announcing and I saw fear. I don't think he ever felt like he could win.

I honestly didnt see that!! I thought he looked nervous, as in anxiously so. And eager, too much so. Like everything he had been waiting for for soooooooooo long was finally here and he wanted to win it so badly! I truly didnt see fear, and the good ole "stare down" looked menacing as hell :D

ya seemed liek he caved under his own pressure
may have been made worse by the fact that he wasnt willing to admit that this fight meant more to him than any other
the first round he seemed to still box well
but then he tryed to fight tszyu guess he thought the layoff had left him weaker
my opinion is that shamba thought he could beat KT at his own game and learned he couldnt

altho it could have had something to do with that guy across the ring hitting him in the head with brick like hands that may have caused shamba to lose his game plan

Tracy...I was referring to when he came over to the corner I was sitting in live and he knelt down to pray and when he got up....it seemed like he looked me dead in the eyes (I was sitting with the KT people...friends, family etc) and it honestly looked like he was about to fight the school bully. Although I did feel he fought the first round ok and landed a couple nice shots....but he didn't box enough. If you didn't read my thread on me being there live.......when I gave KT five after the fight he still had his gloves on and when he hit my hand it felt like a brick. The kid has the heaviest hands at 140 bar none!

I really thought Mitchell had a chance, he looked good in his prior bouts. I've never been a Kostya Fan. I am now. He reminds me of Chavez.

he does
conservative with punches
doesnt mind taken some hits so long as hes in range to land his
me and my dad were talkin about that after his fight
with this style who knows how long he can go on
all i think he needs to do is add a lil movement so he dont get hit so much
but then ya change that and he may not be as efective
so tszyu stay the same

his incredible strength and good chin allows him to walk in and just worry about throwin his punches

If he aint broke don't fix it. He was virtually unmarked in this fight, somebody better put some good money and a great fighter infront of him soon. We can't afford to loose a great one like this.

WOW.......you should really consider laying off the crack pipe for an extended period of time. Mitchell got punk'd, dropped and ko'd. Game, set, match.

Kostya is really good, his only weakness is he gets cut easily.

Hey Guys,
A new poster, from Down Under! Kostya is of course my favourite fighter and it was probably his best performance on the weekend.

I wish Hatton would get on a plane and come over here long enough to fight Tszyu! I think his style is tailor made for Kostya and that would make one hell of a fight

Hatton vs. Tszyu...oh yeah, it would be the last time (if he came at all that is) that Hatton left the UK to fight! :D

As for Wez, other than a mess. letting me know he did recieve my last package to him ....no, I've not heard anything from him ;)
But he's alive and kicking according to the mess. anyway

come to think of it, Dallas hasnt won (I think) since the Steelers beat them weeks ago...must have done something to them (in their heads, I mean) :p
