The two key points that MUST be stressed are: 1. for a 6 pack you need a low body fat %. 2. for a well developed set of abs you need to hit your abs with PERFECT form and technique, so pay strict attention to that. This should be a given though, as its a fundamental of exercise. But without low body fat your lower abs most likely wont show regardless of your genetics or how hard you work your abs. I think some people will only ever have a 4 pack as well. Great one is to do leg raises from a roman chair. |
