Crunches only seem to work on my 2 upper abdominal muscles. So, basically I have a 2 pack and not a 6 pack.

Basically nicely a separated abs area product of a right diet.

when u hang down from a bar, and do leg raises... is like killer for the lower abs

and of course its always 70% diet

It's a good exercise to strengthen your core, but it won't make your abs visible.

the only thing that will make ur abs VISIBLE is diet...

Theres countless core exercises out there, google them.

The two key points that MUST be stressed are:

1. for a 6 pack you need a low body fat %.

2. for a well developed set of abs you need to hit your abs with PERFECT form and technique, so pay strict attention to that. This should be a given though, as its a fundamental of exercise.

Almost everyone has a six pack just a matter of how skinny you are... whenw as the last time you have seen a six pack on a big guy.

GENETICS, low body fat and exercise. But without low body fat your lower abs most likely wont show regardless of your genetics or how hard you work your abs. I think some people will only ever have a 4 pack as well.

there are different body types, some ppl just can't gain weight (fat or muscle), doesn't mean that he's not fudgin up his body doh

To hit the lower abs you want to keep your trunk stable, and raise/lower your legs.

Great one is to do leg raises from a roman chair.
