have at least $10K saved up for the deal and don't have a combined monthly gross income under $5,000

real estate side vs. lender side. Which would you rather be on?

it's hard to say. the jobs are basically the same. i do remember being in the office a lil bit less as a realtor.
i guess i like what i do now better cause as a realtor, you usually have to deal with another realtor for most of the transactions. and most realtors ****ing suck. if they don't suck then they're arrogent and think that YOU suck. i just don't like another salesperson in the middle of my deal.

that took some pondering and, now that i think about it, i guess that's why i never really digged the wholesale side of lending either. to me, i prefer just me and the client. but that's me. it could be different for anyone.

well it's a good goal to shoot for. if you're willing to move to the 909 then you can cut those numbers down a lil

One reason we live in Lancaster. The housing cost.

I am just saying I would go down south myself. In fact I plan to in about a year. But, I will always be sucked back over here because of family and such.
