this is a funny topic. i'd say 100% of everyone i've met and talked to is' nt what i imagined. i'll go down a little list:

Dave Po-jak - did'nt know who he was until i met him. he was at my house when the word sherdog was mentioned and i was like "i'm doggnutz". never saw him on the forums before. he was just sitting in my living room.

Tanner Rhodent - i remember asking him, before I rolled over to watch UFC, if he had long, curly hair and glasses. for some reason, i also envisioned him to be very skinny. wrong.

Saroth Reach - we argued on the boards alot. then outta nowhere... him and his friends wanted to train over at Iha's... so I picked them up and we all rolled. hahahahahahaha. pug? hahahahahaha. anybody's little 2 year old sister could **** this kid up.

Ruffneck - i was expecting some zitted up, nerd. i was wrong about the zitted up part.

The Jake - i pictured him to be big and talk with a funny accent. i was correct. i also pictured him to be a jackass. again.... i was correct.

Curly - he is a little quite at times. i expected an off-the-wall, weird, looney-toon.

I've been told that I look how people expected but that I don't sound like they thought I would. At least that's what Charles and Alison said. They didn't sound like I thought they would either. Charles is very soft spoken, Allison has a slight southern accent, Tanner and Gman sounded about how I thought they would though.

dont worry bro. i just left taco bell and had the mexi-manager package my food and give me like 3 extra items... a nacho supreme, a reg. taco and a large drink! i was watching him while he was preparing the **** i asked for..... when he was grabbing that extra ****.. he kept looking at me with a smile.

bottom line: **** suck, but they rule at the same time. i mean look at the bright side.... you got free drinks and i got free food.

That's me at home. I was in a weird place and wasn't 100% comfortable. Plus I was still trying to figure everyone out.

Dogg= Didn't see much of him. Expected him to be loud and in your face. He was quite and kept to himself

Purity= Thought he would be more aggressive and bouncing off the walls. Still one of the coolest people I met.

Bzob=Spent a lot of time with him Friday. Great guy. Kind of person you would want as a neighbor but hate as an enemy.

Gman= Turned out to be really cool to talk to. Good guy

Kaps= great guy. we hung out Saturday after the fights. Helped me get over everything.

Ruffy=not even close to what I guessed.

Creed= I'm glad I'm not female

Jake= I wish I had more time to talk to him. Seems like a good guy. I expected him to walk up and start talking about politics but he and his wife where very nice.

as for me being quite and keeping to myself.... well i have my moments. for the most part, i am a jackass, just like i am on the forums. i'm not really loud, but i can be when irritated. i keep to myself coz i hate drama.... whether it is life's drama or someone else's. i like to hang out, but not in the same place for more than 2 hours or so at a time...... unless i am very stoned or training.

i've made a promise to myself that next time i meet curly, i will make him smoke pot. it is then when we will bond.
