In the next month you'll have BIG a surprise. A great vale tudo name is talking with us and we are in negotiations to integrate the team. I invited the athlete, who is an athlete of reputation and he said that he's thinking about it seriously. He said i9t would be an honor integrating with ChuteBoxe. I believe that he will accept. Let's wait 'cause it will surprise everybody, but I can say he is a heavyweight, and a top Jiu-Jitsu fighter.'

Man I hope it's Nog.

In Wandy's interview he said it was a HW "vale tudo" fighter. Im pretty sure he was not talking about Nog! Although it would be great, since Nog is my favorite fighter, I just don't think he was refering to him!

what other "top HW BJJ fighter" could it be?

Well Silva either reffers to mma as NHB or vale tudo, I don't ever recall him using the term mma; so, I don't think he used vale tudo to referr to anything specific but what he fights...mma.

The only other HW top JJ fighter I can think of that would maybe join is Barreto, but I don't think he matches Silva's description of this fighter.

I doubt Nog would leave BTT, but if he joined with Silva, man that would be awesome. They could both learn from each other and become even greater. Silva's ground skills are already much improved, but imagine hime with Nog like skills or Nog with Silva striking skills. They would dominate....even more...

What Silva said also reads kinda like a team merging with them, I wonder what the chances of BTT and Chute Boxe joining up are? They would be THE force in mma so it wouldn't be a bad decision for them...

I hope this gets cleared up soooooon.

I can see maybe Nog wanting to work on his standup but I just can't picture him leaving BTT plus it was mentioned the guy was a top Vale Tudo fighter.

You guys are talking crazy. No way it's Nog. BTT is one of the best teams in the world with Chute Boxe being a huge rival. Arona just challenged Silva, and Nog's gonna jump ship to go train with Chute Boxe, or BTT is gonna merge with CB, I just do not see it happening.

I can't see Ricco lasting 2 days at Chute Boxe for some reason. I'm thinking Barreto or Pe De Pano(I don't think he's fought MMA though).

If you guys are right, and it is Nog, that would be just crazy. Forget the current guys, imagine the superbreed of mma athlete that would spawn from that merger.

It would be surprising for Nog to leave BTT. But Silva and Nog do seem pretty tight these days, and Silvas description of this mystery man does fit Nog...
