nance 11-30-2003, 10:42 PM YAY!!! We got our tree today. We usually wait until just a few days before Christmas. Not this year!!! We got a nice 7 ft noble along with a 3 ft Sequoia in a pot, so after Christmas, we are going to plant it somewhere in our meager yard.
Now the fun begins.....putting up the lights, the decor, the ornaments.....I love this time of year!!!

Actually, I disagree with you. My hubby and I were just talking last night about when we were poor and living off of min. wage (single income, too) I was extremely creative and frugal. To be honest, as nice as having money is, I miss those days. We spent more time together as a family because we couldn't afford anything else.
