right i have been wearing 14oz ringside gloves and when i wore 10oz the other day i felt much quicker but i would like other ways of increasing my hand speed any suggestions go in here.

Anyone else looking or knows a way to do this also post to keep this thread up.:boxing:

On my conditioning season i train with 18oz gloves, when i switch to my usual 12oz, i feel reeeeeally fast. Too bad the feeling stays with me only week or two, after that i feel like my handspeed is normal again. Though it might be because i get used to my new "improvement", tough to tell. :D
