I just watched this fight....Second best fight I've ever seen. Holy **** it was incredible.

The rematch is good too. Not quite as action-packed, but dramatic.

Yeah I downloaded it. I'll probably watch the rematch either later tonight or tomorrow.

What I loved about this fight is I didn't know much about it going in. I knew who Saad Muhammad was obviously, but all I've heard about it was that it was a classic, but had no idea who the winner is. I wasn't scoring it, but it seemed pretty close, and my god the last round. That was like an old Vazquez-Marquez 3 round 12, except even more dramatic.

My god what an awesome fight.

Nigel Collins said both Johnson and Saad got $2,500 for this bout. Gross pay.

Nigel Collins named it as the greatest fight he ever saw. Him being from Philly, no wonder he loves this fight.

Muhammad wasn't the same after the first Qawi fight, second fight with Lopez, second fight with Johnson, his fight with Kates etc. were all great fights.

Kelvin Seabrooks reminded me of Saad.

Muhammed is one of the most unapreciated fighters to have ever stepped into the ring. He put his life into every fight of his, even in his decline.

Yeah I knew this, but I was just wondering how life on the outside was working for him. Is he still into boxing somehow, etc.

I bought Saad Muhammed's career set a few months back and there are some really good fights on it. He put everything he had into those fights and i can't understand why people don't mention him more especially with his background story of being found abandoned in a park at 5 years old, dumped there by his brother.
