Uchi Deshi 11-25-2008, 10:57 PM Mon, Wed, Fri evenings, Sun mornings, and 2x a day Tues and Thurs - morning and evenings JulioCesaChavez 11-26-2008, 01:00 AM You should be close to being ready now. I go 5 times a week but I also run every morning and play football games at full tempo on weekends. Once I wore a pedometer and it said 12km just like Xabi Alonso! All that , turningand ball control helps build up good legs for the ring IMO. Just look at Naz, Fatton and Calslappy's legs compared to their beanstalk counterparts across the pond. That's probably what kept Calsappy up and saved him from being exposed after his dodgy chin got hit flush by a few old men! AndyTravis 11-26-2008, 04:55 AM 6-7 Days for 2 - 5 hours. KostyaTszyu44 11-26-2008, 05:04 AM in the gym 3-5 days a week usually, but now theres no more fights until feb. so we're winding it down before our break Equilibrium 11-26-2008, 05:05 AM I train 6 days a week, go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week. I have pretty much everything needed at home, just no trainer or sparring partners. So the days i go to the gym i try to learn, do some mits work with the trainers and get some sparring in. On fridays i do my strenght training aka weights early during the day so i basically have my friday night and saturday off training. KostyaTszyu44 11-26-2008, 05:06 AM I'm there all day, everyday. so you're a full time trainer then?? wow thats awesome, do you just do amateurs or do you handle pros too? matty_mop 11-26-2008, 05:33 AM i train 3 times a week in the gym then boxing squad do a seperate run on mondays. |
