So I was cleaning up my saw at the end of my shift today, and during the cleaning prossess I have to spray transmission fluid on these gears next to every blade. I couldnt reach one of them without crawling under a piece of the saw.(The saw I use is bigger than a SUV.) I crawled under, applied the Tranny fluid, and ducked down to crawl back out. I didnt want any of the fluid from the gear to drip on me so I tried to hurry myself out, in the prossess I busted my head on the corner of the machine. It didnt hurt as much as it bled, and most people are 50/50 on whether or not I should get stitches.......

As I have already told you, stiches are for *******. I have never had them and you don't need them for that scratch.

the only down fall is that the cut will scar up and you will never have hair there again

Stitches do not hurt. Anyone that has had them can tell you this.

I have a cousin who sliced off 2/3 of the scalp of his head in a freak accident and had it all stitched back together.

It's a good idea if you don't want your hairline permanently branded. Unless you're wearing caps all the time....

It may be too late for stitches, but you still need to get it checked out. Like Creed said....infection can set in...quickly.
