Former WBA minimumweight champion Joma Gamboa has lost by a split decision in a comeback fight against Dickson Ton of Indonesia at the RCTI Studios in Jakarta. Gamboa who retired following his January 10 second round knockout in a WBC light flyweight title fight against Jorge Arce was unlucky to lose with two judges scoring it for Ton 76-77 and a third judge having Gamboa ahead also by a 77-76 score.
