NeXt In Line 11-20-2008, 01:56 AM I've heard good things about Cage but never listened to him. Looking forward to it.
Those two albums are VERY different. The "Movies For The Blind" album is very very like grimey, NY underground hip hop, he raps about drugs and all the crazy **** that he went through. On "Hell's Winter", he's completely off PCP, album's a bit different, but it's still dope as ****. He's actually better with his lyrics and flow because he's not all drugged up. Both of em are quality albums.
That's Cage in my avatar, the cover of his "Weatherproof" EP, and you can tell by seeing recent pics of Cage how different he is now than when he used to be on drugs. Here's some quoteables from Cage you'll hear on both albums:
"I was mislead, but once I found the way/I convinced a group of 19 that they should drown today"
"Too bad no planes flew into MTV/I'll never get a platinum plaque for MP3's"
"Until the eve of destruction paints the town black/And anarchy ensues, you'll have the soundtrack"
"The Death of Chris Palko, he passed we clapped while/He woke up during an autopsy in r-r-rap hell"
"I think back to being a kid, getting my ass kicked/And when I sold my soul to the devil to make me rap sick"
CaRnAgEViOLaToR 11-20-2008, 05:33 AM be - common

Senim Silla - The Name, The Motto, The Outcome
J-88 - Best Kept Secret
Of course I'll throw up a sample from each album:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXkiRzRyb98
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZhzZ4nC1IE (I'm actually not sure if "Always" is on this album, but it is easily one of his best songs)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cyb0HvkJrBs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_v-Yp7cXAU
And there you have it. Oh and tugs, I got a gem from N9na and Big Krizz Kaliko too:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zIxo7IsNcG0&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zIxo7IsNcG0&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Not sure if you have heard that 1 yet, but I know you'd appreciate it as a fellow Tech N9ne fan. Song is fire.
