Ive been keeping on. Im going to learn to drive soon and get a car, I feel its about time. Im gonna take up Muay Thai because I feel for the meantime that im all grappled out. I have been training Judo,Jui jitsu and wrestling for so long I felt I could use a change.

im also up to 180 and aching to get back into the fray. Brian is going to continue with working with our friend and wrestling trainer so that him and I can cross train on neutral ground.
