i just suffered a bruised rib two weeks ago sparring and it still hurts even when i sneeze. what can i do to help it heal and do you think i should get a x ray? do i need to ice an soak?

Have you gotten it xrayed at all? If it still hurts like that after two weeks you may have a small fracture, or some soft tissue damage other then just a bruise. I'd defiantly get it looked at if you already haven't.

i had both sides of my ribs bruised..

it takes a solid 4-8 weeks to heal..
it hurt to sleep and everything for me..

i never got xrays , my **** healed.
but its risky, id get xrays
