First off im totally shocked the elomar just iced willie kickett, but that carry on after the fight was a disgrace. I dont know exactly wat was going on, but it sure was embarrassing for australian boxing

I haven't seen the fight or after fight footage but the Elomar's are never popular. I was at the Matt Powell fight where there was almost a riot. I expect things have only got worse since his family was implicated in some terrorist activity.

Elomar and his team are responsible for the knuckle heads they bring along to support him and should be banned from Boxing. His brother Mohammed and punk mates were also involved in some disgraceful scenes against Matt Powell.

Same sort of thing happened when Abraham's brother kicked Miranda while he was on the canvas after ref waved the fight off. Kickett was also hurt on the canvas while these morons storm the ring jumping up and down. Mundine's crew did the same thing while Soliman was on the canvas.

The way Kickett was KOd reminded me of Torres v Holt.

Neither respected their opponent and went in with all guns blazing and got caught cold. He looked about 10 classes above Elomar straight away, but that's what happens in boxing sometimes. Elomar got the win and good luck to him.

Agree it wasn't the fighters fault.
But surely they should look at perhaps limiting the amount of people in the ring after the fight?

That's right! Willie was sitting on his stool when the fight broke out near his corner. Elomar walked up behind the ropes and actually called rival crew to come have a go. Elomar's crew stormed the ring like a bunch of louts jumping around like "Blue-Assed flies" inciting the crowd and nearly stomped on Willie while he was down on the canvas.

Willie had to be quickly whisked away while still dazed so he wouldn't get caught up in it all. Anyone reckon it was worse than Spiriotis versus some other guy who's name escapes when Jeff Fenech was in Paul's corner and ended up belting some guy badly?
