it all evened it self up Hamilton lost some points, but Massa had a lot of bad luck engine blow up in Hungary well out in the lead, fuel hose problem in Singapore, so that’s about 20 points lost plus a balance problem in Monaco that slowed him down, Hamilton was very lucky to take the title, but it was a great show and i would love to see Massa take it next year i don’t think anyone has ever been so close to winning it.

When Vettel passed him on the penultimate lap, then Massa crossed the line, the Ferrari pit going mental, as they thought Massa had won the Championship, then finally Glock's tyres couldn't handle the wet surface anymore, and Hamilton was able to pass him to take 5th spot with just a few corners to go on the last lap. Then you see McClaren's pit dancing about.

Don't Ferrari have the best car aswell, the commentators were always mentioning it being a lot faster of a car, especially straight line speed. It just seemed to me that McClaren had the better engineers and tactics throughout the season.

I think the Ferrari F2008 had a better ultimate pace but it was harder to setup and seemed to have a much more narrow operating window, The McLaren MP4-23 didn't have the ultimate pace of the F2008 but it seemed to be much more versatile and worked much better in the wet. The Ferrari was easier on its tires but when track temperatures dropped they could not keep the heat in the tires, silverstone was a prime example of that with Kimi and Massa spinning all over the place. Not to sure how many titles Hamilton will win its very difficult to tell, villeneuve won the title in his second year, but after that he did nothing and with big rule changes next year who knows what car will be quick. I wanna see Massa win it.
