Do more strength-related exercises than you do cardio, but do both?

I mean I'm just saying that from pure logic, nothing else. If you want to achieve both (bulking and cardiovascular endurance), you obviously have to train both areas. Problem is that I heard that cardiovascular training trims fat and weight, and, since you want to bulk, you obviously don't want that. So, it seems reasonable that the solution would be to eat more, do weights or bodyweight exercises, and still do cardio, but not as frequently and not as intensely as your strength program.

Good luck though.

if u use less muscle, or muscle more efficiently, both power and stamina will increase.
