Dear Friends:
I would like to cordially invite you and your academy to attend and compete in the 1st California Open Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament to be held in Northern California. The event will be held at Half Moon Bay High School. Saturday and Sunday, December 6th and 7th, 2003. Over 300 athletes will compete in the white, blue, purple, brown, black, and professional black belt divisions. Cash prizes will be awarded for professional black belts. Athletes from all over the world including Brazil, Canada, Japan, and Europe are expected to come.
The gym can hold three mats.
Divisions for children and women will start at 10:00AM in the morning on Saturday. Followed by men’s white belt, men’s blue belt and so on. Super Fights will last 20 minutes featuring some great athletes. We are working on an online registration form, which is expected to be complete by early November.
I hope all take advantage of this opportunity to compete in the first year of this event in Half Moon Bay, Ca.
