For a while now I have had this intermittent dull ache in my left nut. sometimes worse than others. I haven't felt any change of shape or firmness to it, so am not overly concerned about cancerous growths yet or anything like that, but today, it is like someone is drilling into slowly with a rusty drill bit. I thought perhaps I was sitting on it at work, but have adjusted myself appropriately to avoid this.

Should I go to the Dr and be groped and prodded? or just ignore it till it drops off??

Yeah, I thought that, but I have done the cough and all seems normal, plus, I can lift everything with minimal issue

I don't know...sometimes weird things happen down there. The other day I had this sudden shot of pain in my urethra and then it went away. Just like that.

I think I've had exactly what you're describing and it just went away after a while. Although if it doesn't I guess it wouldn't hurt (except maybe physically) to see a doctor about it just to be sure.

You need a good kick in the nuts.

I ave had this on and off for a few months I guess...could be time to get it sorted...or just take a good ball shot instead...that'll cure what ales me

I was going to make a wisecrack about your misses is squeezing harder than usual then I realised this was serious.

It could be a hernia or build up to it. I had a similar feeling once, not in my nuts but in the groin area. After an ultrasound and visiting the doc they said that what happened was that sometimes the internal pressure in your body causes your organs to push against the abdominal walls. Whilst not a hernia it is very uncomfortable and unsettling and they said it could lead to a hernia but really there was nothing that could be done.

I would see a doc, dude. This is your nuts we're talking about here.
