Striking Heavyweight fighters are by far the biggest crowd drawing main events in MMA. It's always a spectacle to observe a Heavyweight who can knock someone out with a single punch. So let's discuss who you think was The Most Dangerous Heavyweight striker of all time.
Igor Vovchanchyn gets my vote. Punch for Punch, more than likely the heaviest handed striker to ever participate in an MMA match. Able to put someone out with either hand at any time. In his prime there were two options in a fight with Igor, take him down or get knocked out.

He was a seriously dangerous, fat, heavyweight striker.

I voted for Mirko myself. Other's I would consider would be Igor, Arlovski, Sylvia and an honorable mention for Gilbert Yvel.

I was on the fence with adding Yvel/Schilt. Both fairly well known to an old school MMA fan, but I'm sure neither will get many hits.

His knockout of Bueno is without doubt my pick for my favourite KO of all time thats for sure.

I have to disagree, he only ever knocked out one guy and it wasn't even clean it was a TKO stoppage against Varelans. Whenever he came up against a good striker e.g. Patrick Smith and Mo Smith he rarely engaged on the feet, instead he looked to ground the guy and win there.

Either Pedro Rizzo, Igor Vovchanchyn, or Cro Cop. I voted Rizzo but it could have been any other.
