This fight will go the ground. Cro Cop's never been in a BJJ black belt's guard before, and I seriously doubt that his sub defense is as good as Fedor's or even Ricco Suave's.

I dont see Nog winning as being an upset. But I too believe that Nog will win this, by any sub he wants, first round. I expect a takedown from the clinch or for him to pull guard, after that it's just a matter of time......

For nog to sub him he will need work from his closed guard….he like to play open guard but Cro isn’t going for that…

From the closed guard, I would like to see him go for sweeps instead of subs. Once on top, work the side mount and mount.

Cro is a FAST learner and a hell of an athlete. His BJJ is easier to learn because it consist of 2 things…ESCAPE THE SUB and GET THE **** UP. I think Cro will surprise a lot of people with his sub defense.

Im not say nog cant pull it off, I pray he does, but Cro is a warrior with mad skillz. I hope Nog and BTT has a good game plan ready.

I haven't seen any of this BJJ defense, yet. His sprawl has always been good, and it probably has gotten a little bit better.

Yeah, Tanner and I were talking about this.

Its going to be hard for Nog to sub Mirko from his back. Tanner brought up the point that Mirko is smart enough not to try and strike or pass the guard from the top. He is just going to be looking to get to his feet. That makes his job a lot easier in learning BJJ

Theres no doubt Mirko is a ****y fighter but want everybody wants to see, is a war and spectacle at the ring. So If Mirko is willing to ko Nog, I hope he does it with a high kick as he did with Igor.

im hoping the fight will go the the ground early. mirko will try something ****y and stupid to test nog, who will slap on the strongest triangle we've ever seen.
