It looks like this is gonna be the next fight for Jermain Taylor, so who do yall think is gonna win and why?

Jermain Taylor, he has the jab to set everything up and wear u down, then he sets u up for the K.O

howard eastman won purse bids to fight taylor but joppy gets it anyway.
looks like taylors taking the easier option in "shot" joppy.

hope joppy somehow wins and humiliates taylor

I wouldn't bet on J.T. EVER being humiliated if I were you.
He is the real thing, being handled correctly by a team that learned from the horrendous mistakes made by Team Vargas and others.
You haters put me in mind of the fuktards that thought Clay was a flash in the pan.......we KNOW how THAT worked out!

I have to go with Taylor, but it should be a good jab battle. It's an excellent test for Jermain. A good comparison with the hopkins

Taylor will dominate using his jab and overhand right. Joppy could end up looking even more mangled than he did after his fight with Hopkins.

Taylor fighting an actual middleweight? Amazing stuff. Who would've thought it would take him 4 years to do so.

Taylor beats Joppy. But Taylor's jab is seriously overrated. he's fighting punching bags who stand in front of him and take the jabs flush in the face. When fights someone whose able to slip or catch and counter that jab, his jab becomes less effective and he'll have to call on other aspects of his offense to win. And I dont think he has those tools. That's why he's been fighting stiffs for four years while real prospects like Juan Diaz had long been fighting people his own size.

Just like de la Hoya was able to offset Ike Quartey's jab and exposed Ike for having a limited offense, someone will do that to Taylor. I dont think Joppy has the skill. But get off Jermain's jock about that overrated jab. It's easy to shoot that punch with confidence all night when you know your opponent doesnt ahve the skill or speed to counter it.

His victories over marquez, cuevas and martinez has fleeced the boxing public into believeing he's the real deal. When he finally gets his ass kicked, just don't make up the excuse he was rushed. It's just that he doesn't have the skills. You'll see

Joppy WAS a GOOD fighter but in this case reach and stamina will make all of the difference.

i would pick taylor by decision but i dont think joppy will look as shot as hopkins made him look.

Joppy is past it and Taylor has all the confidence and skills in the world. I don't think it'll be too much problem for Taylor...
