Rattay has actual been around for quite a bit. The Niners always seem to have very, very capable back-ups year in and year out. Garcia's injury might be a blessing in disguise for them.

exactly i've said from day one garcia sucks he can't throw more than 30 yards.just look at how most of the qb's that have played for the niners have done and you'll see what i mean.also their qb's weren't exactly the most gifted athleticlly.

exactly,all a qb in that system needs is a decent arm,be reasonably smart,and be ablt to check down on all his recievers and they will be successful regardless of althletic ability
