Sapp is now more than ever, a sideshow. best of luck to him, he has a huge future either way...I just pray he goes down this path more permanently and doesn't foul up K-1 or Pride rings anymore

I think he's ****ty in K-1....but, I enjoy watching him in MMA. He's MUCH more dangerous there.

Yeah, he's really not that fat.
I agree with what's already been said...have fun pro-wrestling and stay the hell away from the real fighters.

He jiggles a little too much to have only 6%. I'd guess about 12-13%.

They say he only has 8% body fat on the Shockwave tape that I got.

He is more than 8%...Fury Dragon is probably pretty close at 12-13%...8% is pretty vascular and there are prominent striations in most major muscles. Sapp is neither vascular or showing striations. He looks more 'full' than that

Stay away from all the MMA fighters? Why? Based on his match against Nog, I believe Sapp does deserve to be in the MMA ring. Like it or not, Sapp's been beneficial to MMA and K-1 because he's been able to put asses in the seats and draw the attention of mainstream media. Sure, he may not be the most skilled fighter out there, but he's definitely compelling to watch.
I say, let him keep fighting. Let the ring and the other fighters weed him out.
