Lyrically, 'Bis couldn't be touched late nineties and that includes Em, Nas, Talib, Mos, Thought etc...., so i agree with your thread title. Eminem was just plain nasty on the mic back then and could give him a run for his money though. Plus, Eminem played it smarter as he had the better albums in that era.
