Hey everybody when i was in the gym on monday i asked about any tourniments soon and my trainer said when ever your ready but we need to know you can defend yourself will the fights be on weight height age or what etc because im 75kg and im 13 and 5 foot 7 yes im built but have fat to and also and exersizes etc to make me more explosive better stamina etc thanks guys:boxing:

umm the fights are usually matched on age weight and experience, height isnt really a factor
you are too heavy for that height, you sound like you are a bit pudgy and that isnt good.....
for 5''7 you should be around the 57-69 kg range as an amateur boxer...just my opinion
lose about 6-12 kg i reckon.....
running, (sprints and jogging) and plenty of actual boxing gym training should get that weight off quickly and get you more explosive
and a good balanced diet

At 13 yrs old 5ft 7 and 75kg sounds defintely pudgy... Unless you're full muscle which I doubt. Because most 75kgs will tower over you by like 4-6 inches and they'll be stronger and hit harder. Thouygh I reckon you'll grow into a massive unit when you get older, prob 6ft 5 or so.

yes im predicted to be 5 foot 6ish and i dnt look fat but im aiming for 64kg
