This show is seriously the best damn war based TV show ever. I saw it when I was about 11 - 12, now I appreciate it heaps more and see what a ****en awesome show it is...

It has been on the history channel constantly for the past 4 years of my life. I have watched the entire series about 8 times over. It's great.

I love this show. Every ****ing character is unique and the plot lines are great, with multiple subplots interwoven. All the characters experience growth in some way. It's riveting ****.

Is tour of duty the Vietnam war series where the theme was Paint it Black by Rolling Stones?

If so, I can remember it being good even tho I was like 5. Actually, I'm a bit biased, anything to do with the Vietnam war is pretty interesting to me.
