Even if he beats Couture, which he won't, he'd have to fight Nogueira.

It should be Nogueira|Fedor 2009, but it's going to end up being Couture|Fedor 2009 because of marketability.

All in all, Fedor still comes out on top.

Brock will lose to Randy, Randy will fight Nogueira, it will end in a DQ because Lesnar jumps the cage and takes out Couture with a steel chair, in comes Fedor for the save setting up a tag-team supermatch at Wrestlemania!!!!!!!!!!! . . . Oh wait, that's not right?!?!:thinking:

When Randy "resigned" they kept him as champion but made an interim title that Nogueira won when he beat Tim Sylvia.

So now Randy is defending the legitimate heavyweight championship against Brock, and Nogueira is defending his interim title against Mir. The winners of each match will fight each other to create an undisputed champ.

We will never see Fedor fight the real UFC HW champ....Dana White will never ever let it happen...cause Randy signed a new 4 fight deal with the UFC ...so he will never get the opportunity to him ....I don't see any of the other top HW gettting that shot either...the closest were ever gonna come to it , was ol f**k stick Tim Silvia...lol
