I was wondering if there is ever going to be a world war 3? Is it something that will happen? Or is the next big world war going to be the end of us all?

Who do you think we will end up fighting? Who will start it? Has it already started? Is this planet doomed to have everything on earth die except 6/7 of our earwigs and ****roaches?

Pretty sure we will start it. US and Mexico Vs. The world......

honestly i think it started a while ago and it's just taking it's time for the big blow up just look at all these countries that are getting brave now it's bound to happen and when it does it will be like no other war in history there won't be no troops or tanks or any **** like that it will be all countries launching their nuclear arsenals at each other which will bring the end of the world it's a ****ed up thing to think about but i know it's gona happen all you have to do is just watch whats going on in the news and you'll see right away

I am pretty sure its going to end up being The U.S and its allies vs China and its allies. Russia is going to be a wild card.

China is not as big a threat people want you to belive

china has a lot of manpower.

The question is can they feed and support an army? or does that actually matter? Do you think the super powers would actually use nukes? Or do they have better sense than that? Well, considering they got us into a war I doubt they would hold back

china is a lame duck when it comes to attacking the US. Only their nukes/range/bio weapons will harm us.

most of china still farms with hoes and rakes. it owuld take Jesus to mobilze and cover the logistics of the Red China army for its attack on the US.

This said, they still are to be feared.

i don't think any superpowers would ever use nukes against eachother because they would realize that an action like that would mean instant retaliation holocaust for their own country to face.

of course that doesn't mean the dip**** arabs wouldn't do it. only those animals would be the first to push the big red button. their pathetic nations prefer their own citizens to be slaughtered so a retaliation would just make em happy.

If anyone gets trigger happy with nukes it will be either N. Korea, India or Pakistan IMHO. They've all been to loose lipped about their nuclear capability and their willingness to use it.

I dont. Firm dipolmatic realtions with us will do more for them than any conflict with us. When China does well the US will do well. Much of the new capitalist enterpise in China directly related to the US. Benefactors from chinese capitalism will the US as well as China - or at least the elites of society.

I never said that they were not a super power. All i said is they are not as big a threat as our leaders want us to belive. Of course theya re superpower, they have huge roll in world poltics due to their UN slot. In fact they have the potential to our best ally in the UN, besides the UK.

Point: Not denying their power posture; china is still not as big a threat as some want us to think.

That is just flat out wrong.

The US is already losing large percentages of jobs to other countries thanks to the joys of outsourcing. It's the same with any westernised country. Why pay an American x number of dollars for a job when you can employ anywhere from 3-6 times the number of staff for x in another country? It makes no sense. When a country loses jobs, their economy suffers. Unemployment rises and the government forks out more on unemployment benefits. Money that was being paid to these people to spur work in that country is going overseas and the government has to foot the bill to compensate. How the **** can you say China benefits and the USA benefits together when clearly it is not the case?

Furthermore their military numbers are far superior, even if their technology (at the moment) is not (and that is debatable I'm sure). Economic forecasts for the past 3 years predict huge business for China and recent analysis shows it's not slowing down any time soon.

I am no soothsayer but it is all but INEVITABLE that China WILL surpass the US. And given China's almost ethnophobic reaction to the Western world, I do not believe this to be a good thing.

Astro - I don't think communism in itself is the issue. I read somewhere that true communism has never been implemented since every attempt at it has basically been a dictatorship with a new label. This kinda makes sense when you think about it. I think it's largely coz these countries have majorly distorted views of the world and international trade.

That said, I don't think the US Government exactly has a good view on subject either.

That's what I think too, but I would add China to the list. I can't believe Pakistan and India haven't already nuked each other. Their both over-populated, have no where to go, are starving and have Nukes. Plus they ****ing hate each other.
