I'm guessing your just starting out? Try get into a gym if your going to box, also do variations of exercises ie. hands out pushups, etc.
But you can easily do wednesday's and mondays routine on the same night, do that 3 times a week and you will see much better results. Just keep upping the reps and intensity, also include triceps such as dips or extensions. If you want to box theres no real need for curls, I'd suggest doing some shoulder strengthening exercises so you can keep those gloves up. Also do some compound lifts with dumbells, such as dumbell snatches/swings/clean and press.

I'm just starting out again basically. I have boxed before in the past and i've decided that i want to go back and take it seriously this time. But as ive said i'm not ready yet to go back physically or mentally. So in the next 2 months im going to be putting my body through its paces and as i get more and more physically ready to rejoin i know the mentality will come with it. And as for the advice about doing them on the same night and doing it 3 times a week, thanks, i'll incorporate that into the schedule.

If it's tough for you then its alright. But like another poster said you could easily do it on the same night. Theres also ways you can get you cardio and strength at the same time, check rosstraining.com.
You can PM me if your interested in a couple of routines out of his books, I wont give you everything just cuz I dont want to rip the guy off but if you want to give it a go I'll give you some.
