My left hook, left jab, and left uppercut are ****in atrocious, whereas my right sided punches are venemous and accurate. no matter how much i practice my punches on the left side are still quite sloppy, i really lack coordination there.

meh about equal co-ordination, right has more power though

I have about the same power in both hands. I'm a natural right hander but i fight as a southpaw, when i first started boxing i was training as a normal right hander and i never had used my left hand much so it sucked badly it had power in it but my jab sucked. One day at the gym i was just messing around and hitting the bag as a southpaw, for some reason it just felt right and i started training as an ambidextrous fighter. Eventually i got used to it and i have been a southpaw since then. My straight left is probably my hardest punch, closely followed by my right hook.

I guess i just learned to use my left hand. :boxing:
