What are the rates?

depends on credit score, how much $ earned vs. how many bills, how easily the $ can be traced, what loan terms you want, and the property value.

That's what I hated about buying a house.....ask a simple question and get a complicated answer....lol.

Last time we checked, credit score was an A-, I don't know the income to debt ratio (Hubby does it all) I don't know what terms he'll want....and the property value keeps going up....:)

it's not a simple question. there are literally millions of loan programs and each program will have about 5-10 different rates. anyone who gives out quotes without knowing what they're dealing with hasn't been in the biz too long and is looking at having some pissed off clients.

sounds good. it's best not to go in asking for rates but informing a bank of what your goals (short & long term) are in the refinance. most people go in and blindly want a 30-year fixed at the lowest rate, not realizing that 90% of the time these loans cost more to the borrower then where they're at right now.

Technically, it's not been declared yet, so I'm still pre-business.
Oh, but that is sucking. :)
I thought I knew my stuff for this last Economics exam and I made two points lower than I did on the first.... 67.
I got screwed on professors. It was not supposed to be the dip**** I have now.

Anyways, on a brighter note... I have an appointment Monday afternoon with the Radiography department for advisement.
Hopefully some of the classes I've taken will carry over and count for some of the lame electives.
I've calculated that I will need approximately 92 credit hours to graduate. Divide that by 15-ish and you will get an idea of how many more terms I have left.
Hopefully, it'll turn out being less than 92, considering how many of my classes carry over.
Now I'm rambling.

It's funny how it's the LOSING enemy soldiers which are prosecuted.

Granted I've never paid much attention to war but something doesn't seem right when you're held captive to go to trial, possibly for life or death for supposedly fighting for the "wrong" team, you know?

I mean if we were talking Nazis here I could understand, the average SS soldier did more than their share of atrocities I'd say. But seriously, some of these guys did nothing more than pick up an assault rifle to defend their country against an invading force.

I'm not sure I agree with the Aussie mentality that says that all it's citizens should be turn over to the Australian Government for trial on this one. There should be some international trial like Nuremburg for people like this. Especially if there is evidence they committed war crimes.
