Anyone give a ****? It seems about a year ago there was so much hype around him and now he's dropped right off the radar (rightly so in my opinion). anyhow.. anyone see him having anything more than a puncher's chance in this one?

Oganov actually doesn't have a big punch from what i have seen.

I actually do care though. SMW is my favourite division. And i enjoy watching Direll fight.

I can't honestly say I've seen much of Oganov but 27 kos in 27 wins has to mean he can hit a bit. I think Paul Briggs said he was the hardest puncher he'd ever sparred.

his punch sounds huge at ringside, i remember him bowling over the aussie champ at panthers one night... man he hit with a thud

What's happening with Briggsy??? He should face the winner of Tarver/Dawson.

Brunswick, Briggs is retired. He has nerve damage in his back. And he officially said hes not fighting again, at a fox sports news card the other month. He said 18 years is enough in the sport. I guess the 2 wars with Adamek took its toll on him.

BS??? That's a shame as Briggsy was my favourite active Australian Fighter. The guy always came to fight and is one of the toughest men ever to enter a ring for sure. Would have loved to see him get that elusive World Title he deserves so much after getting ripped off twice. How could Adamek win both those fights when his face looked like the Elephant Man's???

Yeh i think he said it on the Hopoate vs Mirovic card by memory. Or maybe even before that. Yeh he certainly was an entertainer. He was like a more exciting version of Danny Green and a much more complete fighter.

I had him up on the scorecards for the 2nd fight.
