Just a bit, for me I also feel like I'm growing and am in a transitional stage in my life and career for the better. All in all though, I'm happy with my progress as a human. How about you Tammy? How so? I mean, besides in your in pants. Lol, I just gave up some bad habits and am trying to be more of an adult. BTW, that was funny about my pants. Very witty.:) nance 10-17-2003, 05:12 PM Originally posted by madcrewmom MEN SUCK!:cuss: Sorry, in a bad mood. Don't mean to take it out on any of you. Tammy 10-17-2003, 05:16 PM Oh, it's okay. Hubby was unexpectedly off early today and is sitting at the computer the whole time. And somehow it's my fault because we aren't doing anything fun. He's no fun anymore. I am so ****ing bored when he's here. I am married to an old man. I am young at heart but still a responsible adult. He doesn't think that a person can be that way. I'm sorry....I'm just tired of his ****. *needs to lead hubby to the fountain of youth, just in his heart* Tammy 10-17-2003, 05:30 PM I don't think I ever want to get married. nance 10-17-2003, 05:32 PM Originally posted by Tammy I don't think I ever want to get married. AT this moment, I couldn't agree with you more. We have good times, but they are far and few between these days. It's sad really. I keep busy with our kids and if I had to go thru it all again to have my kids, I would. They are the joys of my life. Even my son.....lol.:) Curly Howard 10-17-2003, 05:33 PM Originally posted by Tammy I don't think I ever want to get married. Somewhere in Canada...... Curly, you made me laugh so hard that water and rice came out of my nose. Bluecifer 10-17-2003, 05:39 PM Originally posted by Tammy I don't think I ever want to get married. Me either. Too much build up and expectations. nance 10-17-2003, 05:39 PM Originally posted by Tammy I think you should slowly change your outlook a little. Then maybe you can still keep busy and be happy once your children leave your household. Curly, you made me laugh so hard that water and rice came out of my nose. I have Tammy. I plan on going back to school once my son gets his crap together. I have future plans once the kids move onto adulthood. That doesn't make it any less hard not to want to spend time with the man I married. I didn't get married to him for his paycheck....I married him because I loved him, then and now. But a marriage doesn't work if only one works on it. It takes two to tango. Tammy 10-17-2003, 05:42 PM Right now the only up-side to a marriage is regular sex. I can get emotional support from my family and friends. I can get the manly **** (mechanics, computers, etc.) from myself or male friends.
