2 brown toasts, 4 boiled eggs, bowl of oats with bannana or apple thrown in, protein shake and maybe even a small can of tuna if needed....

Gives you energy like a motherfocka...

Nah i tend to have my breakfast at 7am maybe even 8am after i've gone for a jog, so i'm fully awake and alert....

Red Bull is a terrible substitute for a proper nutritional breakfast...

Only in the best part of England which is Stoke. Haha. They started out in Stoke but they have gotten more popular around England but there basically not as nice outside of Stoke because they carn't make em' right.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/74/Oatcakes.jpg They look like this but some shops just fold them in half instead of rolling them.

As I go too school, and want maximum sleep I personally just eat a single slice of brown bread to kick start my day. I can also be a bit of a calorie whore somtimes.

Traditional Eng is more brunch food imo. I rarely have one at home, I'm more likely to have some sausage or bacon sarnies on a saturday. Sometimes I might have a full eng if I have a free period at school and am starving mind.

Cereals for me. Either, 4 weetabix with sliced bananas on top sprinkled with a spoonful of sugar, or a coco pops/rice krispie mix with hot milk to make the cereal soggy....mmmmmmmm.

Cereal on a weekday full on english on a weekend, have one on a Saturday from wetherspoons when me and the lads are going for a footy away day. Then a massive hangover cure meal on a Sunday, after playing sunday league, get home and have a fry up waiting for me, there's nowt better.

Black pudding sounds disgusting. Filthy pig is bad enough! ewww. Waffles beans and cheese layered with a fried egg on top is best. Meat is too much in mornign and makes you feel sick, especially sausages or luncheon meat fried.

I've been to france once years ago ,I always remember the breakfasts out there, the bread and hot chocolate was brilliant .Don't they eat black pudding in France ,in the french foreign legion they're supposed to eat it at night round a fire with wine

Meat at breakfast is gross and the foreign legion is not for french people. I heard they **** Parisian whores and drink wine round the fire, not eat black pudding! Filthy pig makes me sick anyway but eating fried pigs arse blood is well gross. It is less nutritious than disgusting donner kebabs which is made of all bull**** from abattoir floor. eating **** like that and ham is basically eating waste. Processed brugers are not far off either.

I like to keep myself in shape a little and eating a full english every morning would just turn me in to a fatty, i have one every now and again, probably about 1 every couple- few months , not many, it would be too much effort every morning if you had to cook one.

Here's a question. Does anybody else have cereals with warm/hot milk?

I've asked so many people but it seems i'm the only one. It's great with Cornflakes, Shreddies, Coco Pops, Rice Krispies etc..., basically anything to turn it soggy. Anyone?

Yeah man, i proper do. I don't have it any other way.

Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, Sugar Puffs and Wheetabix (even though it just turns into gruel) add plenty of sugar and your well away.

Hahaha, and get rice krispies lodged up my nose when i'm snorting it through a fifty?! YOU MAD?!

I remember watching a Jeremy Kyle episdoe. It had an alcoholic on it, who used to do a paper round to get enough money for his ale everyday. He used to fill his bicycle drinks bottles with White Lightning (he carried a couple more in his paper bag). He'd just be proper blazed to **** in the morning.
