Reminds me of a quote.

"Life is like a roller coaster, it has it's ups and downs. The downs are really low, but boy oh boy, those ups are really fun!":)

Rollercoasters suck and so does life.

Also, whoever said "It is better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all" doesn't know ****ing ****.

Ahhh, but life goes on. So you have to decide if you want to stand there and let it pass you by, or jump on.

first of all, roller coasters do NOT suck. the only people who don't like them are just the ******* too afraid to go on em.

on top of that it is MUCH better to lose love then to never have had it. you learn from your hurts and it makes your character stronger.
so whoever says that sitting on the sidelines never experiencing anything is a better way of living doesn't know ****ing ****.

today i came home and my fish Gulliver was dead. i dont get it. i fed him everyday, used distilled water.......even the plant that he hung out with was totally healthy.

so now he's got this lifeless look to him...like he's staring at me goin "tony i am dead and rotting. you killed me. you didn't take care of me like a responsible pet owner would."
and i'm like, "no! no gulliver it wasn't my fault. it's just that things have been kinda hectic at work lately.....carla mcmillan just recinded on her 3rd day and cost me a $250K deal and.....and......****!! dude i'm sor-"
"no yer not"
"yes i am!!!"

yes i feel pain.

That's too bad man. Losing a pet always sucks even if it is just a fish. I have lost many cats and fish in my life...and one dog. It always hurts alittle.

Chris, for what it is worth, I feel your pain mate. But believe me, life goes on. This may have been the first time it had happened to yoiu, but it won't be the last...learn from it, grow and move on in your own time.

Right now, life is going pretty good for me. It's not perfect, but it's a long way from "sucks".

Hockey - at least you're single enough to chase the chicks at uni(versity).

At least it's more time you can have on your own to do what you want, unfettered by the constraints of a nagging woman :)

Get drunk, get laid, stay up all night on PS2, beat off to copious amounts of ****, start a fight - do all the **** your ex-missus would frown on and you'll soon realise it's not as bad as you think! :)

crock
o'
****

and for anyone who thinks that it's not then LOL @ you. life has ups and it has downs. how high your ups are and how low your downs are is determined by the size of your balls to jump into the game of life. regardless, anyone who looks back at it all and draws a weak conclusion like that deserves the ****ty life that they blueprinted for themselves.

i can say that i've seen my share of **** and i can guarantee that i've seen more **** than a vast majority of people my age. i've had my sleepless nights, pains, struggles, disappointments, rejections, angers, and overall exposure to a good amount of bull****.
do the goods outweigh the bads? sometimes and sometimes not.
nonetheless, looking back on EVERYTHING in general, i will easily say that my life kicks ass. no matter how ****ty it gets, or has gotten, i'm gonna get stronger because i refuse to let people or situations deter my true character in the long run.
we fall but there's no reason why we can't get up.

therefore 99% of your life is what you make of it so if your life sucks then YOU SUCK.

The Jake

Purity - well said mate.

Any misery or **** I feel, I can just about 99.999% of the time trace back that the reason I am feeling that way is because of a decision I made somewhere.

Anyone who says no to that is sidestepping their responsibilities and probably won't be going anywhere in life anytime soon.

I know that's what most people would do but it's not what I do. I wasn't looking for a relationship when this one happened. It just happened and it was great but now that it is over I have no desire for another one. Kaila let me do anything I wanted. I don't go to bars and all that otehr "normal" things that people my age do. But whatever, who cares. I'm just going to do the same thing I have always done.

Go out and have fun, sitting around sucks. People that classify themselves as "loners" are just shy, once they get out in the real world they will never go back to the loner lifestyle.
