I am prescribed testosterone for a hormone imbalance. Should I fight in MMA / Jui Jitsu tournaments or could I eventually get in trouble?

The commisions won't let you fight.

Morality aside, I'm sure you could easily get away with competing in Ju-jitsu.. though, MMA is another matter (as Burnell alluded to).
