1 sit up to get out of bed

1 bend over to get my shorts and shirt

10 meters of walking room to fridge to couch

1 can of pepsi and 3 slices of cold pizza for breakfast

1 can of iced tea

3 hours of playstation 2

1 thanks giving turkey

1 beer left

no beer :(

all in all a hard day of training i cant wait for tommorow.

I was gonna go to gym and do legs today but I read this thread and changed my mind. I'm too tired. I'm gonna listen to my body and go home and sleep.
