Both of those guys fell off with their ability to get those categories. They both used to get well over 100 of each. Steals are close, assists are reasonably close...and FG% is up in the air too because my guys going tonight usually shoot poorly from the field. If Treez' team shoots poorly tonight I think I have it locked up though. I think it'll come down to that.

Lee and Thomas had off days today aside from 3 blks by Thomas which help alot.....Bargnani finally had a good day this week, 23 pts 3 treys and 4 blks.

We do both have full rosters tomorrow and that leaves the door wide open for FG%,FT%,3pt and blks. If he took them all back, I'd lose 5-4.....wouldn't that be a bitch.

The rest of my guys could still shoot horribly. So far I'm above 50% shooting though (16-30) so it would take some REALLY bad performances.

Yeah so let me break this down. It's a 12 man league and I was in the 7-9 range the whole season. I made some bad picks which didn't pan out. I made a trade where I gave up Tyson Chandler, Ginobili, and Kevin Martin for Fisher and Steve Nash. Immediately Kevin Martin starts going nuts. Ginobili does okay but Chandler is a bust.

I pick up Chandler sometime later and trade him with Camby and some other guy for Brandon Roy and Marc Gasol (got House but dropped him shortly).

Then Terry gets injured and some guy drops him. I pick him up and pick up Salmons who someone else dropped.

Next thing you know I'm samshing teams the last 3-4 weeks and making up a lot of ground. I end up playing the guy in 3rd the last week of the season. At this point I'm still in 7th.

Well then I destroy him 8-1 or 9-0 can't remember. I move up to third and boot him out of the playoffs altogether.

So yeah. Had to share this story with you guys. I went from shit to now being in the finals. Feels good.

im down for next year as well, this year was a bit better for me but i fell apart at the end again, which seems like its becoming a theme for me in fantasy sports.

last top 3 i had was i think fantasy football.. when i started 10-0... and collapsed at the end.

It was a long, great season with many memorable moments. First and foremost I have to thank Saadmon for setting up the league and all of the participants for staying active (for the most part). This year was better than last year and everybody gave it a great effort. Also, congrats to Saad on a hard fought final matchup and to Lefty for a nice third place finish.

Secondly, I have to thank my players...four of them in particular. This is for Big Shot, King, Flash and LaMarcus. Without these guy I couldn't have achieved anything. Bron, Chaunce and Aldridge were on my team the whole year and held it down week in week out.

Chauncey - You are my boy. Top 5 favorite all time. Michael Jeffrey, Chauncey, Zo, Joe D. and Michael Finley. Your 3 pointers, assists, points, free throw % and all around game were invaluable to me. They don't call you "Mr. Big Shot" for nothing. Every week you'd hit some clutch shots for me. Even though you are now officially a Nugget, you will always be a Piston to me.:luvbed:

Lebron - You are a monster. You are going to win the MVP this year and you were certainly the MVP of my team. You were capable of winning weeks by yourself sometimes. You stepped up your free throw game when it mattered and that made you the most dominant player in the league. Thanks.

Dwyane - When I made the trade to acquire you I had to let go of some studs, but it was totally worth it. You were the best player in the league this year, even if Lebron wins the MVP. I could pencil in 30 points and 10 assists most nights, but the 3's/steals/blocks you provided were ****in awesome too.

LaMarcus - I will always try to draft you in the future. You are the Nick Markakis of hoops. Just solid across the board, doing everything I needed from you on a nightly basis. I think you are going to become Rasheed Wallace one day (with a better attitude). Thanks buddy.

I also have to give a shout out to David West, Troy Murphy and Spencer Hawes. You guys weren't on my team the whole year, but you all stepped it up big time when I needed to. David West in particular was an amazing acquisition. Treez, thanks for Murphy. That ****er was on fire to finish the year.
