Eat *****! But on a serious note nobody on here can tell you exactly what you need to eat, are you looking to gain weight, lose weight. Check out some Bodybuilding.com articles and start learning on how to make up your diet regimen for your specific results.

It all depends if you wanna lose weight or gain weight.
Normally I load up on carbs before a workout so I have energy carbs are energy and after a workout I normally have a protein shake
and a post workout meal which follows.
Meat
Fruit
Veggies
Also remember your body will only use about 40-50grams of protein after a hard workout rest is waste.

Its all trail and error my friend.

At your age the most important thing is developing good eating habits, not the specifics about what you eat and when. If your family provide your food it is also your opportunity to educate them about general healthy eating.

If you cut out on junk food except for special occasions, eat LOTS of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds meat and natural dairy foods you'll be doing well. Limit processed foods like things that are canned or frozen and don't trust advertsing at all when it says it is healthy, low in fat etc.

Develop your taste and try new foods that are different or that you don't normally like.

Hope this helps.

Don't go on bodybuilding.com that is bad advice if you want to box and not bodybuild. just listen to your mum and eat your greens. Honest! If your diet is 70% fruit and veg you'll have loads of energy and vitamins too. Say goodbye to flu's and sluggishness in the mornings.

Just drink water.

Eat wholemeal bread.

I eat 8 pieces of toast for brekkie. 3 Sandwiches for lunch.

Then i will do a workout. But after the workout i will cook myself a steak, or eat a can of tuna.

I only drink water! No Juice! No Nothing!

Your body is developing naturally, so don't stress at the moment. If you feel healthy and exercise you'll be fine.
