LMAO....your french has been pardoned. You should have heard me every time a needle would break or I would run out of thread. These costumes had three colors, four fabrics and what a design. 12 pieces to the costume. It was the most aggravating project I've ever done. But it was all worth it when the director saw the finished product and said, "I love it". Best part, I get paid for it within a week. They are real good on paying promptly.:)

Now I'm hungry. Too tired to cook though.
juzre 10-09-2003, 12:54 AM yeah my mom used to have to sew for my sisters when they were little to make the uniforms for their dancing competitions. So I have seen first hand the amound of work even 2 of them are (my mom got unlucky and had twin girls, both in dance).

The Jake 10-09-2003, 09:23 PM Damn it! I got all excited. Judging from the subject line, I thought you'd killed your son in a fit of rage and buried him in the cellar.

LMAO!! I'm sorry if I disappointed you. Believe me, the thought has crossed my mind a time or two, albeit ever so briefly.
I did call a place Momita suggested. Boys Town. Jim and I are going to discuss it this weekend and see what is involved. The cheapest boot camp is $1900/month. That is more than our mortgage. Boys Town is a 12-18 month program and they work on a sliding scale. If Dan is in the program, I can go to work part-time to help pay for it. They help him develop a better attitude. I'm not sure about anything yet. Alot to think about, weight, discuss. Our girls are reaching their breaking points because of what they have to do or give up because of their brother's behavior.
The Jake 10-09-2003, 10:57 PM I don't know what I'd do in your position MCM but whatever my solution would be, it's probably outlawed by the Geneva convention...

One never knows what they would do until they've walked that path. I never expected to go thru this. He was such a sweet baby boy, loved, disciplined when needed, hugged, tickled, all the same stuff we did with his sisters......he is just turning out different.
Coming to this board and venting helps. I laugh and I cry. It helps. Having all of you to talk to helps more than you guys can possibly know. It's my way of de-stressing when I can't de-stress thru my sewing. The last project was stressful. Future projects are not. They are much smaller. Thank God!!!
