hey everybody i have a speedbga pretty useable but i want a new lonsdale peanut one but i can ethier have a new speedball or the standard floor to celing ball(double end ball) which joe calzgahe used its very good what do you suggest

I suggest the Double-end bag. It's much more useful than a speedbag anyway.
